What does it mean when eM.A.G.I.C. refers to "account number"? |

Your member number is your identification number. Account numbers state the type of account you wish to access. Example: Regular Savings account number is (1), Checking (Share Draft) account is (9). Please refer to your Quarterly Statement for information on your specific account numbers. |

Both member numbers have to be linked together on eM.A.G.I.C. Download,
complete and submit a printable24-hour Access Application.
Write both member numbers and indicate cross member transfer on the application.
You must be a primary and/or joint member on each account. Forward the application to
any CEFCU Location. |

I signed up for eM.A.G.I.C., but when I call it is not accepting my member number. What could the problem be? |

Verify that you are entering the correct member number by checking your Credit
Union member ID Card or quarterly statement of accounts. It could also be a problem with the pound (#) key.
It may not be sending the correct tone. Try repeating the transaction on a different phone. |

Can I request a check to be mailed to my home from my Money Market Account? |

No, check withdrawals can only be made from the Regular Savings Account.
You can transfer the funds (up to $10,000.00) to your Regular Savings account.
Then, withdraw the check from your Regular Savings account. |
